About Product Licenses

If you purchased a Lantronix product, or if you purchased a third party product that contains a Lantronix product, then the applicable Lantronix license agreement is available below. Also available below are the license agreements for Lantronix’ Software Development Kit (“SDK”) and Lantronix’ Cobos Programmers’ Kit (“CPK”).

End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between end user and Lantronix, Inc. You are considered an end user if you purchase a Lantronix product for your own use, whether such product is purchased by you (i) directly from Lantronix, (ii) from an authorized distributor or reseller, or (iii) from an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and such product incorporates one or more Lantronix products.

OEM License Agreement

This OEM License Agreement is a legal agreement between an original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) and Lantronix, Inc. You are considered an OEM if you purchase a Lantronix product either directly from Lantronix or from one of Lantronix’ authorized distributors or resellers, and you embed or integrate such Lantronix product into your own product (or provide it as an add-on module to your product) for resale to your customers.

Software Development License Agreements

The SDK License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Lantronix, Inc., and governs your use of the Lantronix SDK for the applicable piece of Lantronix equipment.

The CPK License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Lantronix, Inc., and governs your use of the Lantronix CPK for the applicable piece of Lantronix equipment.
